Hi everyone, i have installed LSPDFR+latest version of Ragepluginhook and i ran it and it loaded the game and when in the game I don't have locations of Police Stations marked on the map and also when i press F4 nothing happens, any ideas?

Well this is a RagePluginHook issue not LSPDFR. The reason you dont see the police stations is because rage isnt loading. If you used the version LSPDFR came with than thats your answer because the one it comes with is out of date. Here is a link to the most recent Rage download, If this doesnt fix your issue then you need to post in the rage forums.

Did you start the game using RageHookPlugin.exe located in your GTA 5 directory?

I did try that troubleshooter but No errors found!
