Make sure the directory of GTA is called, 'Grand Theft Auto V'

And check that you have these installed:

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6, or higher.
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)
  • Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x64)

I have the same problem and I even fallowed the steps U guys did. And I also have windows 10. But mine loads the game all the way just no lcpdfr mod at all.

Then check that the directory you want to play GTA from is called, 'Grand Theft Auto V'. This problem has to be nothing with your internal files, just the game is booting up wrong. If you use steam, you must rename the directory so that steam boots up from the right place.

On the other hand, there has been lots more ragehookplugin updates, so try updating your RHP.

It might be compatibility issues, but im no expert. Try updating everything. RHP, and plugins if they need.
