Hey guys so I have noticed the police bike is missing both wheels and the lights seem to duplicate. They flash in the correct housings, but then like 5 feet extended laterally away from the bike the free floating lights flash there too. However once the bike gets a certain distance away the wheels appear normal. Does any know why this is?

All other vehicles display and work correctly. 

Does anyone have even the slightest idea of where I should begin troubleshooting?

Are you using a mod on the bike? If so make sure you're using the same files from the right download and not from 2 separate ones. I had this problem with a car I use, I used model files from 2 different downloads by accident and in game I had wheels missing and when I turned the wheels the lights would move.

The lights do move when I turn, but I never tried to mod the bike in any way. Can any other CVPI mod or light mod cause this?

Hmmm that's strange, if your not using a mod on the bike it shouldn't be affected. No I wouldn't have thought so, unless settings on the vehicle.meta have been changed for the bike.
