Hey.

Where can i find a flashligt/torch mod?  Jeff Favignano have it one her videos, and use it to arrest people. Cant find it anywhere.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but I'm pretty sure he just uses the ingame flashlight attachment. On a controller it's mapped to the same button as arresting, which is why you get the weird flashing when arresting someone.

You can access the torch with the Simple Native Trainer, it's located in the weapons section. it acts as a weapon, except it doesn't shoot bullets or freak people out when you point it at them. - http://gtaforums.com/topic/796908-simple-trainer-for-gtav/

However i've watched some of his recent videos and never saw him use the flashlight, so he might just be using the attachment for his pistol as SuperStumje has stated.

Yes, that is the flashlight @CouthInk4 mentioned. You can't use that to arrest people though.

Yup, that is the flashlight that can be accessed via the trainer i linked. I believe that's the only way you can spawn it.

Download the trainer CouthInk4 linked, it should then be under weapons, right column somewhere just above the middle I think.

And you can use the flashlight to arrest people.
