If anyone else sees a problem or how to fix this please tell me, because I'm clueless atm

It looks like you are not updated to the latest version of GTA V.  It shows here v505!  You need to go to steam and see if you have downloaded the update that came out yesterday.  Should be v573.

Two things.. update GTAV to the latest build, and.. download the newest version of RagePluginHook and replace its files in the main directory of the game.

Do you know how I can do this?

Go to your steam app and find your library with GTA V and right click and go down to "properties" and select the tab "updates".  If updated successfully you need to go back into your GTA V folder and right click on the GTAV icon to properties and click details to make sure you are on the v573.  Also like DCP1293 stated make sure you are now updated to the new release of RPH.  

 

I am currently having issues as well with the new update crashing and getting a BLANK disclaimer window and then crashes.  Maybe a few bugs still left to work out.

How do I update my GTA5, because I have it set to automatic,

i did everything like you said, and now RPH doesnt even start. it appears in my taskmanager and then disappears, no logs created etc.

Like I said there maybe some issues still being worked on as it did launch 6 hours ago.  I am awaiting word because I am stuck at resolutions to fix this.  I run the administrator and I get a "disclaimer" window and then it crashes.

Few things to try:

First since you installed new RPH,  reboot your PC especially if your seeing it go to task manager and auto closing etc.  Just reboot.  

make sure you are Right Clicking and Running as administrator.  Once you Right Click  and Run as administrator, a Pop up will occur press yes then HOLD DOWN SHIFT.  Allow Raqe Hook Menu to appear.  Once it pops up (takes about 20 seconds) sometimes.  Then you have more control over the Rage Hook Menu.  I would select Plugin Menu,  Tick off Load all Plugins.  Albo1125 has 2 mods that you may or may not have  (Arrest manager, Traffic Policer) those will not work yet until Albo does his magic later this weekend or early next week.  The game should literally go straight into Story Mode, and load the game.  I like how they changed this so  you don't have to worry about listening the intro with the glass breaking and sirens,  waiting... waiting... until you can click on Story Mod.  RPH knows you are playing SinglePlayer because you can't go online anyways with LSPFR.  This should have been implemented months ago.   But once you get into game, things should work.  

If this fails to work do this:

Re download Microsoft .Net Frameworks 2015
Re download Microsoft Visual Studios Redistributable 2015  and just repair both,  REBOOT PC.  Start again what I mentioned above

** Also you may want to disable your Antiviral software running these just temporarily just to make sure its not trying to keep your game from launching

i figured it out, i went to the ragepluginhook forums and someone said the net framework 4.6 is linked to the 4.5 one, so the devs made a mistake i guess, after installing 4.6 everything works fine.
