I've enabled exceptions with Norton as I'm just using up the trial and I have restarted my computer. The only thing I didn't do is loading Rage once in game because I didn't even know that was possible. Game work completely fine without Rage.

Since RPH doesn't have a forum page themselves I figured I'd come and try here, I've tried their discord but never was given an answer to my issue. Almost every time I try to launch RPH it crashes before getting into the game and this is with mods and without mods. I've tried it on a brand new GTA 5 install with just RPH and always the same thing, it works the first time and I'm able to load in just fine however any other time it crashes after loading population. It's rare but maybe 1 in 10 times it will successfully get through and load into the game. I've made sure to have all the requirements for RPH and honestly am just stumped. I'm also doing this on a brand new computer and have never had an issue on my last one even close to this. Here's the RPH log just in case anyone needs it. I think I'm running 0.23 also if the plugin doesn't need to be loaded how come it says lspdfr crashes also if it runs automatically then why does c not do anything? :/

can you help, I downloaded it, put the stuff in LSPDFR under plugins but when I go to console I can't run it I type in loadplugin and then PoliceRadio.dll and nothing shows up Also it says LSPDFR has crashed every since I put the files in the LSPDFR folder under plugins
