IS there a way to make an ELS control like there was in LCPDFR id love to drive around in the sheriff tahoe with an els controler pulling ppl over with the take downs and stuff :) if thats posisble or if theres a file liek that already let me know  :)

    It should come in time, As with any other mod we had in IV.

    Currently there is a mod called "EVL" that may suite your needs, I've never used it so I don't know.

    ELS V is in the works, so what you've described is most likely in that. There is no release date for ELS V yet, although it's being worked on. in the mean time you can check out EVL, not entirely sure if it does what you want as i've never used it.

    From what I've heard, EVL was taken down for an unknown reason. (Unknown to me atleast)

     

    As for ELS, not sure when it's planned on being released but there have been test videos uploaded 4-5 months ago so I could only imagine that it's fairly close to being finished.
