Hi, I'm following the installation instructions 100% spot on, but for some reason ingame it says "policeinsurgent model not found". Although, when I open the carvariation and vehicles files it has the police insurgent in them, and yes, I've rebuilt after replacing. 

 

What now?

Have you tried not rebuilding after replacing? that could be your issue. 

Open IV - find model - replace/add model - close archives - exit OpenIV. That's how i've always modded things and never had an issue. 

I'm not being rude, I'm just really curious, but how would rebuilding be my issue? I was always told to rebuild after placing/replacing a vehicle. Can this corrupt or even give me errors? 

I'll try it after work, I'm excited to see if this is my issue or not! I love Police Insurgent :)

I'm not entirely sure if it was fixed or not, although i do know there was a few times that rebuilding the archive made some mods not work in IV. Worth a try though. Probably isn't your issue, but i'd try to see if it makes a difference.

I'm pretty sure you only need to rebuild after you replace files in OpenIV fo GTAIV not for GTAV.
