I only have this computer that uses google chrome, so how do I play lcpdfr? I got it to install but when 

i click on the link im suppose to it wont let me play. please help

Is it a Chromebook or Chromebox that only runs Chrome OS? If so you won't be able to play GTA IV/V/LCPDFR/LSPDFR on this.

chromebook. but is there a diffrent verision of lcpdfr i can still play?

LCPDFR requires GTA IV, which does not support Chrome OS. So it's not possible at this time.

If the Chromebook you have has an Intel processor, you may be able to install Windows on it. Although performance playing GTA IV or V might not be too great due to most likely Intel HD graphics.

I can't tell you how to do this though, but some Googling around showed some tutorials on installing Windows on certain Intel Chromebooks.
