For Police Radio or LSPDFR? the Police Radio controls are in the .ini file. the LSPDFR controls can be found here.

Same thing that happened last night, but I have done nothing that  would have deleted that file. Happened when police radio was put in

You still haven't installed the mod and/or LSPDFR correctly. Take a step back, look closely at the readme and the file structure in the archive. Drag and drop. You can do it.
