Hey guys! I was planning on to upgrade my desktop and was confused on what to upgrade first, and to what.. So, can you guys give some suggestions? I am looking for a budget under $270..

Here's my specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4440
GPU: Asus GTX 750Ti 2GB DDR5
RAM: 8GB
HDD: 1TB
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S
PSU: Cooler Master Thunder 500W
No SSD

I will be primarily using it for games such as GTA IV and WATCH_DOGS [modded]

I do get some stuttering while playing WATCH_DOGS.

I think you may be able to squeeze a GTX 960 4GB into there without much of a bottleneck, CPU is fairly decent.

Is the 4GB of it actually necessary? I need a card with a VGA slot.

Well, you are saying your running Watch Dogs modded, and then it is quite a powerful thing, but it depends on how long you want it really.

So you need a VGA card, well, from my 3am thoughts, your not boned! Get yo self a 950, I've checked Palit, and they have VGA on them, can't say for anybody else though.

Then.. well so 960 4GB with an adapter is the best option.. I can buy the card for  298.509 Euro. The adapter should be named...?

I've never delved into adapters, I'd imagine it'd be ideal to have a non stopping signal though. Compare the 950 to 960 on GPU Boss or game debate etc... and see which one gets the best price to performance

The 960 gives more performance Total with the adapter it costs about 300 Euros. Is it okay?

Most EVGA brand video cards come with DVI to VGA cables on them, my reference 760 had one in the package

I'm talking about VGA from the card, but in this case 960 + adapters is probably the best choice.

You don't have to worry if the card has a VGA port on it. I have a R9 270x (which have 1 x DL-DVI-I 1 x SL-DVI-D 1 x HDMI 2 x DisplayPort ) and I use all VGA adapters for Three Monitors! (Eyefinity)  Most Graphics cards I have bought always came with a DVI to VGA adapter. Just make sure before you buy you see if it comes with one. If I had to choose, I would recommend a R9 290x or a GTX 960.

What about a liquid cooler (CPU, of course)? Would it increase my fps just a bit? This is my temps (idle)

Temps under load as well as clock speeds during said load (I'd recommend CPU Z for monitoring.)
Load = full load continuous benchmarks.

Unless if you want to overclock it, your already reaching the CPU Boost 'limit', which means no performance gains without OC'ing.
