Hey LCPDFR, well I'm gonna get my the Gta 4: Episodes from liberty city right, & I was just wondering once I get it and do I like download the mods or anything like that? Please respond!

Do you mean as in a custom modded car or one that is default with the game?

You can play with any version of GTA IV.

Sweet, i'll buy the Episodes from liberty city & the different cars that people has on youtube :o

To get a custom car, download the model and the skin and install it with SparkIV. There are quite a few tutorials on how to use SparkIV flying around.
