Hi all. I am a senior in the LCPDFR (GTA 4) modding community and after my system took a hit I have been out of it until just recent. I am now getting started with LSPDFR and have a few questions about scripts and what not. Firstly,

* What is the purpose of Ragehook?

* I have some issues with Ragehook such as a message when I run the setup stating "RAGE Plugin Hook has detected the following files might be blocked by windows. dinput8.dll . Do you want RAGE Plugin Hook to unblock these files? When I click yes the message goes away and comes back? However when I click no the installer pops up. Issue #2 is that I need Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 but will not install to my PC because it is "Out Of Date"?

* Lastly do I need to create a "Script" file in the root directory or will it come natural with an installation of LSPDFR?

Ragehook is a library that lets developers write complex plugins for GTA V.

Hop on the Ragehook IRC, me and Kal74 are on there at the moment - ragepluginhook.net

No, the Plugins folder is created when you install LSPDFR.

Please note that you have to update to Ragehook 28, available at ragepluginhook.net since LSPDFR includes a older version.

I got everything in and received the LSPDFR pack from the .02b .rar and put it into the game as well as the scripthookv.dll and input8.dll but on start up from RAGEHOOK in admin mode it crashes and I am unable to copy the log?

You need to download and install the latest version of ragehook on www.ragepluginhook.net

It seemed that with me copying everything over the game will now load into story mode without crashing however LSPDFR wont start up and the F4 menu option is unreachable?
