It appears that when I attempt to install LSPDFR, it overrides any other plugins like the Speed Radar. And when I attempt to install the Speed Radar, it overlaps the LSPDFR Mod and the Plugin Hook only loads that single plugin. I apologize if this is the wrong forum section.

Install LSPDFR, then the most recent version of Ragehook, and then all of the scripts and plugins that you want to have. Make sure you read the text file that comes with it (readme) and follow the instructions on how to install it. Make sure you arent missing anything. Also make sure that on your startup file you have LSPDFR and your Speed Radar in the file so they load on startup.

Where is the startup file?

How the freak do i copy from the .28 file to the GTA folder if i cant de-compress the file. Everytime i try it refuses to copy over. And there isnt a start up file.

Nevermind, I fixed the issue. There is a setup file, called startup.
