The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So i load up rage, get in game and my character is jumping, i can't even more forward. Not sure whats doing it, never had this issue before, if any has had this issue and solved it could you please let me know,

    If your problem is something like what happens in this video(http://www.mediafire.com/download/xlx8drpp0khab6l/Grand+Theft+Auto+V+10.21.2015+-+17.10.14.02.mp4), it also happens to me and I already contacted the RPH developers about this bug.

    I contacted RPH on Twitter this is what they told me to try but I get an error that the command doesnt exist on the console. RPH: Please try this in the console (F4), verbatim: execute "Game.Console.TimeScale = 1f; Game.TimeScale = 1f;"
