Use the link above to navigate to Steam-Powered's page for GTA IV. Then, create an account if not already done. When you are ready for your purchase of Grand Theft Auto 4 click the Add To Cart button on the page. If you want, you can continue shopping, if not, click View My Cart or Checkout.If you are under the age of 18 in the USA, you will need parental assistance purchasing as you are required to use a credit/debit card. Once the payment transaction is completed, download the Steam desktop client and install. Once you do so, you will notice that GTA IV is downloading in your Library tab. When the download's done, you can start playing the game. Have fun and Cheers

I would HIGHLY recommend steam over anyother digital download especially for if youre getting EFLC i downloaded EFLC off of games for windows live and spark IV does not like that it wont let me mod EFLC so im stuck with old GTAIV
