Yeah well, sometimes smaller departments have cooler paintjobs This one is almost in the border with Canada, they had also some more modern but nice painjobs for their Crown Victorias.

The NYC emergency pack will take some time to come, I'm still waiting to, between others, a 1987 Caprice to be released, that will be very important for the pack; besides always I'm finding new rare units and I'd like to make most of them

These textures look very good, pall. Now I'd love to make you guys RCMP Caprices. As a matter of fact, I wanted to do one as surprise but I can not figure what lightbar they're using, and most important: if I can get that lightbar somewhere...

Thank you Intensified, feedback is always apreciated While making the textures I noticed that they used many types of lightbar, but mostly this:

If anyone knows which type of lightbar is please say, so Intesified can make one of his great Caprices :wink:

Well props to Intensified for the models. ;) He does a great job. lol. As well as you. I just wish I knew how to make textures, I have a pic of my local PD that I wanna make into a texture for GTA IV.

It's just practising mate, with this tutorial you can initiate on it: download GIMP, which is free, and start practising with it, there are tons of tutorials out there, and as you go catching the basic go improving and making more advanced thigs.

true.. i remember when i started making skins back in 2011..my first skins looked awful..i mean really...ugly..but now after more then a year i can say i came around a bit and my work is now much much better then it was at the beginning.

If you don't belive me...look at my very first thread with aaaaaalll my ugly skins

and now look at one of my new things:

See that learning curve there? :D Still not perfect but definetly better than the shit i made back in july 11 xD

Bottom Line:

strike is right. practice is the key xD and don't give up if things aren't easy at first.

It may take some time but you will get better xD
