Diplomat. LTD's were never used in large quantity on the NYPD back then.

My next project:

NYC Old Emergency Services Pack

I started working on it some time ago (some of them are shown in my gallery), it will include textures of the departments that worked in and around NYC, many of them now dissapeared of merged into the NYPD or FDNY. The pack will come in some time, since I'm waiting for some models to be released to be more realistic. It will be released in packs, for example, NYC Transit Police Textures, then PAPD, then etc.

I'll include as many units I can, guided by real material.
