The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I downgraded to patch 1.0.231 because on the latest patch like most people know doesn't work with mods. i downloaded the latest lspdfr and added all those files into my directory, start ragehook and then when i start gta ragehook crashes and then gta crashes. but when I only start gta it runs fine and my trainer mod and vehicle mod work but no lspdfr. i'm thinking it's a patch issue, any advice?

The only supported version is the latest patch + working RPH. Be aware that the new Online DLC (releases tomorrow) will break modding once again.

The latest one from their site, the one released with LSPDFR does not work with the latest version of GTA V.
