So my question is, I downloaded these modded cars off the forums and gta forums, I open up " OPEN IV" i read the readme.txt and and follow the instructions ( even made a mods folder in gta 5 root directory) Still the mod cars arn't showeing up in game? Any suggestions i might be doing something wrong?

Have you installed the OPENIV.asi loaders?

it does not show up but when you download the cars get rid of the mod floder and then it should work it works for me you should try it
