If that is your specs, no.

  • Adapter RAM is NOT your system RAM. Two different things. That being said, it does not look like the poster has an actual graphics card (just Intel Integrated graphics?). If this is the case, you will

Adapter RAM 1.77 GB (1,895,972,864 bytes) - Just as I suspected, you do not have sufficient RAM. I am assuming all of your hardware is integrated from the company that you purchased it from, correct?

Have you tried customizing all the settings first then changing your resolution?

No how do you do that if you dont mind telling me :)

Well, you said that whenever you change the graphics settings, your resolution goes to 800x600, right? So maybe if you configure all of the graphics first, than set your resolution last, you should be good to go... Correct me if I'm wrong, haha. yes.gif

Oh, I see now, I haven't heard of that or had that happen to me before but how much ram do you have, and also how many inch is your monitor? Sorry, these are the only things I can think of right now, still searching.

When you are in your Graphics Options you should press "Space" to confirm I believe it is. The above video does not imply a resolution problem, but a memory problem.

Correct?

Correct?

Not sure

KJames,

Maneuver through the Graphic Options with your arrow keys. Press enter to go into the Graphics Area (You should know). Press right on your arrow key to increase resolution, left to decrease. Once you are at the Resolution that you are comfortable with, press "Space" to confirm your changes (Applies them). Depending on the adjustment you make in your Graphics Menu it should quickly 'minimize' your GTA:IV and then it should maximize again. Once you do that, you should be running at the selected resolution. How ever, as I said - I believe, according to the above video that the problem does not solely lie in the Resolution.

Can you please post your computer specifications?

Thank you.

I don't know, but I'll thumbs it back up for ya thumbsup.gif

Thanks, I don't mind getting negative rating if I deserve it, but I wasn't doing anything to deserve that! Rating is just rating, but still.. it shouldn't be abused.
