    Adapter RAM is NOT your system RAM. Two different things. That being said, it does not look like the poster has an actual graphics card (just Intel Integrated graphics?). If this is the case, you will not be able to run GTA IV. The game needs a pretty decent card to do much.

    Adapter RAM 1.77 GB (1,895,972,864 bytes) - Just as I suspected, you do not have sufficient RAM. I am assuming all of your hardware is integrated from the company that you purchased it from, correct? Your PC does not meet the minimum requirements.
