Awesome, looks great, my only problem is when I go to the cars in SparkIV, I don't have the police_sign textures in there.

I'm probably missing a step or something, all I have is the two badges textures and lights. If I try to put it on the livery for police 2, it kind of lays over the old texture, and is very small, I know I'm doing something wrong, otherwise it would have worked fine.

I followed your readme, but I dunno...

The fact you redid and uploaded this texture is greatly appreciated though, I'm gonna keep trying to figure out how to get this to work right.

EDIT: I'm pretty sure if I downloaded and added the Crown Vic model it would give me those options correct?

I tried to find it on here, but can't tried to get to it from Google but it gives me an error, I am determined to get this working, haha.

EDIT #2: Alright, I got it to work after getting the Crown Vic model, looks perfect, great job, I just need to find nthe model with the working lights now.
