Hi, 

Is there an alternative for the Rage Plugin Hook? It's not working that good all of the time...
I wish it was just like GTA IV, drag the files into the GTA IV direction folder, and open the game by clicking on the launcher, not a plugin hook tool...

    To run RPH plugins you need to have RPH. RPH mods will not run on anything but RPH, so no there is no alternative.
