Every time i'm trying to install .net framework 4.6 it says:

"The .NET Framework 4.6 is not supported on this operating system."

and my operating system is good enough for .net framework 4.6

i have windows 7 service pack 1 with 64 bit

how do i fix this? i want lspdfr!

If so, you could try moving the installer to your desktop instead of your downloads folder and launching it as an administrator from there.

Just open up explorer and have a look at the amount of space you have left in your C: drive. This shouldn't be a problem I believe. Did you try running the setup as an administrator yet?

i have 25.8 gb left out of 223 GB in my C: drive
 

 

and yes i did try to run it as admin.. still same problem

If you want to use version 2015 so upgrade your windows then try it it's a modern .NET Framework, i think that you're using 4.6
