    Every time i'm trying to install .net framework 4.6 it says: "The .NET Framework 4.6 is not supported on this operating system." and my operating system is good enough for .net framework 4.6 i have windows 7 service pack 1 with 64 bit how do i fix this? i want lspdfr!
