It is indicated that a replacement should go to the folder update/x64/dlcpacks/     patchday4ng     /dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

It exists. Just follow that path GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and you will see police3.ytd, police3.yft, and police3 inside. Then simply replace those police3 files with the Ford interceptor files.

    Did you by any chance torrent your copy of GTA V? You are missing a lot of updates. 

    Yes, a copy of the game. Unlicensed edition.
    When I install the latest patch, the game crashes.

    Yeah, you need to buy the game. No support will be given to pirated copies due to there being so many more things that can go wrong, as evidented.
