i know that's what I did and it replaced all the files correctly but when I go in game a spawn police2 its still the stockgta5 police2 car. Any suggestions?

There is also a police2 in x64e.rpf, but the patchday3ng one should override it. You could try replacing both.

In openIV do a control-f3, search for police2.yft. You should only have police2 in those two locations. If you find one somewhere else, replace it there too.

ok thanks that fixed the charger not showing up :D but still can't get police radio  to work now it crashes lspdfr... I installed it to GTAV/plugins/lspdfr and everytime i try to load lspdfr it crashes untill i remove it from the game.. I'm on the RPH 0.27)

Make sure you have the 0.35_hotfix version. I can confirm it works with .27.

which one bc in the download it showed 35 hotfix 20 or 22?? and i tried both but it crashes lspdfr and also arrest manager isn't working either.. others are the only ones im having issues with atm.

Where is this .ini file located?  I searched my entire C drive attempting to find it and it is not located anywhere.

When I start RageHookPro to start GTAV, it tells me that MSVCR110.DLL and MSVCP110.DLL are missing as well.  But if I click "ok" to both of those errors it loads up the game fine.  But I don't have any access to a console or anything like that....

Try downloading .NET frameworks 4.6 and the latest version of C++ this should fix the missing DLL if not then you can always google the name of the DLLs and download them that way.

I have the same problem likes OP, when i'm start the game there are no notification or something, and when inside the game i press F4 and nothing happen too

I think you are going to Microsoft NET. Framework 4.5 or higher, about C++ you can use latest version of C++

Problem found!

Another tutorial that I found said that LSPDFR had to be "reinstalled" every time that you manually updated RagePluginHook.

In all actuality, LSPDFR was restoring every single RagePluginHook update that I did back to 0.20!

I also had the install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, as RagePluginHook 0.27 required more files from that version as well.

So LSPDFR is up and running now.  Horray!

To be honest I don't know. All I know they come with  Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable so if you don't have an up-to-date version then some of the DLLs would be missing.

After some digging around I found out that if you have a 64bit system the chances are you might find said DLLs in your systems32 folder which then you can transfer them from there and put them in you sysWOW64 folder.
