All you need is to download LSPDFR, drag and drop into your game folder, update Ragehook to v26 and then play.

You don't need to do anything with a monthly newsletter, Just download and install LSPDFR, download and install the latest RagePluginHook (the one that is with LSPDFR is outdated) and you're ready to play =)

What will you need is to find a way to use the RPH package so Go to this Link : http://ragepluginhook.net/

Follow those steps 

Firstly you have to install all Requirments of GTA V and RPH secondly you have to install LSPDFR first but before copy them to your GTA V directory (Unblock your files) then go To archived zip file of RPH then extract it and Unblock them before copy then copy all files 

But you have to install LSPDFR First..
