The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Everytime I start my GTA V with RagePluginHook the game menu appears normaly but also a box which states "Unknown game has crashed! [...]" with a not moving progress bar (see attached images).  When I click Story Mode in the menu the loading screen appears as usual but the actual game never starts.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Can you upload your RPH log? it'll provide us with the details of the crash.

You need to update Ragehook to version 26 from ragepluginhook.net

I updated Ragehook yesterday.

 

I updated again, it seems to be different now. I give a try.
