So I recently posted a review on @DemNinjas Police Toolbox and promised to change it when a new update was released. I just realised, however, that while I am able to change the review text, I cannot change the star rating. This seems a bit controversial to me because it means there is no point in seeing what version a review was written for. Also, as the stars are most important for the author, it would seem fair to be able to change the rating if the author improves their mod. 

Quoting the new features that still appear at the top of my download pages:

New Features (10th August)
When you respond to a review, a notification is now sent to the author of the review notifying them of your response.
We're also now begun showing the version the review was made against. If any reviews don't show this, it means it was made before we started logging the version.

You can now respond to reviews! Click the new 'Respond' button, which is next to the 'Report' button, next to reviews.
We've also begun recording which version of your file reviews are made against. This will in the future allow us to indicate this next to the reviews, and to allow users to edit their reviews after the file has been updated.

We've added the ability for you to add a donation button to all of your files. To set your PayPal e-mail address, and your currency, edit your profile. The button will automatically show after you have done so!
You can also generate download links that skip the CAPTCHA and are completely direct to give to friends. To do so, click the 'Generate direct link' button, next to the download button.

I will also love this to be changed, because me as an author I had some reviews that rated down due to some issue that I fixed later and this pisses me off.

Pisses me off as well. There are probably people that won't download my mod because FinKone put a two-star rating on the first version of the mod, and now I fixed all those bugs, the review is still there and displayed for "current version".

I agree with this. If anything, each separate Version/Update should have its own Ratings Statistic.
