I installed the mod and when i go to start it it doesn't work. i used the diagnostic tool and it said EFLC not detected. Can someone help me.

Please make sure you have EFLC installed. You also need to install LCPDFR 0.90F then apply Hotfix 1 then hotfix 2 then Fix5.

Where exactly is the EFLC game installed? Did you get it off of the Steam application?
