  1. I installed the mod and when i go to start it it doesn't work. i used the diagnostic tool and it said EFLC not detected. Can someone help me.   12. When i start the mod and it says i have gone on duty as a police officer there is an unplayable amount of lag and an error message pops up in the lower level of the screen.
