Hello guys i just want to get off by saying sorry for my bad english! But the problem i am having is my enb that i am using (EyeCandy v6) ain't bright enough like Polecat when i watch his videos i just want mine to look like mine :P but i cant get it to mine has like no shine to it i don't know its hard to explain i don't know if its my els settings or not could someone please help me thank you!

    Go to your GTA IV folder/common/data and open visualSettings.dat, open it and scroll down and look for 
    # Other emissive lights 

    car.defaultlight.emissive.on   

    and  try to set the number higher.
