Have you tried pressing ALT + T? I left the LCPDFR mod after 1.0d so i'm not entirely sure if that was changed in 1.1

    i tried and nothing 

    I know you're on LCPD:FR 1.1, but this guide should help you fix it even though it says for 1.0. (http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/25936-how-to-manually-install-the-lcpdfr-taser-in-lcpdfr-10/) I had to do this to get my taser to work with 1.1 as well, good luck, let me know how it turns out!
