The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

After RAGE loads plugins, LSPDFR crashes right away.  The mods im using are: copholster, police raido, keepcalm, spotlight, traffic control, arrest manager, callouts v, code 3 callouts, hero cop, vehicle search, police toolbox, traffic policer, and more callouts.

Ensure that you have the 'Police Radio' folder in the Plugins -> LSPDFR folder.

Police Radio is in the right folder. I am using 0.26. I removed the plugins and it appears that one of them is not compatible with LSPDFR. 

Police Radio is missing files from that folder, if you remove Police Radio, it should work.
