The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Gun shop is locked when using a different model than default ones (Trevor, Michael or Franklin). You can use a trainer to teleport into the gunshop, however.

Really though, how often do cops buy weapons on duty...? :)

You'll need a trainer to add weapons anyway, regardless of if you can get into the gunshop or not. The police model isn't detected by the game as being trevor or michael or franklin and thus you have no money at all nor can you actually earn any money.

You can't even buy a drink from the vending machine :(
