The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hey guys, So I was just installing a few plugins and what not, went to load the game and before game started an update started downloading from Rockstar that says 52gb of 55gb downloading?? Am i missing something I thought I have done everything right so far but im not sure what I did...help would be awsome.

You need to use a mods folder.
