Hello guys, I'm having an issue when I install a new siren. I follow all the steps it tells me to follow but when I start GTA it starts updating the game. I let it update and the I installed do not work. I retry and the same thing happens. If anyone could help I would appreciate it. Thank you! 

What siren did you install, and how did you install it?

Edit: What version of GTA 5 are you on because it may just be trying to install 1.0.463.1

I installed the DrunkPolice SS2000 federal signal. I have the CD version of GTA. I also tried to install them before the update and same thing was happening.

Yes, also followed a video tutorial.

It starts to download something. Sometimes the game itself… I don't know why lol. It's every time I put the siren mod.

If you don't have the Steam version, the launcher runs a file check every time you launch, and if it detects modified files, it will replaced them with unmodified ones.

To avoid this, use the Mods Folder function of OpenIV.
