controller

Featured Replies

hii i wanted to buy a controller and idk if its eazy to play with it lspdfr cuz there is alot of stuff to do so the ones that got a controller can explain me how it works ?

I pretty much only use an Xbox One controller (except for subject name check). the mod has native support and details about what to press will show up on the top left just as the keyboard keys do. I used to be a massive console gamer and I am guessing that is why I find controller to be a much better method for this game.

The game will automatically detect the device once plugged-in and nothing else should need to be done.

When I first started playing GTA on PC I was more of a controller person (playing previous GTAs on 360, ps2, etc.)

I've gotten used to M&KB, so I prefer it to an extent. I still think driving is smoother with a controller (for people watching anyway) But with M&KB you don't have to worry about plugins not having inputs for controllers, or many different combos of controller buttons.

But especially as of GTA V, the G17 has done a great job of integrating the lspdfr mod with controllers (so I've heard, yet to try)

If a controller feels more natural to you, go for it.

but like plugins and all it all in the controller cuz it seem alot in only few buttons how that works ?

Some plugins offer controller support and some don't, most allow you to disable controller keys if needed. Callout plugins are integrated to LSPDFR therefore work off the same keys.
