The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I think in this case it had more to do with the asi loaders loading your mods folder than RAGE related mods. Even though RAGE stuff doesnt work online or affect launching regular GTA, asi loaders do (think trainers, etc) 

It must be certain cases anyway, since i had a mods folder as well with custom vehicles pre-update and they still work fine.

      it's actually just the openiv.asi file that loads mods from update.rpf. so when it loads the mods it attempts to make them work with the game, due to the diffirences in versions too much is diffirent

      I am having the same problem. I have re downloaded GTAV and that helps at first. Make sure you create a backup GTAV folder to install easier and a folder with anything else you need like mods separate

    ok in your main gta folder go into the folder called updates. Copy the update.rpf file into your mods/update folder and overwrite  the  existing  update.rpf file in there. NOTE. Any mods you had installed in your previous update.rpf file will be lost so you will have to reinstalle them

     

    I just tried it, but it still will not work. I reinstalled everything and tried what you said. anything else?

    I have the disk copy of the game, it has always worked in the past. I do not have latest ragehook because I heard it does not work with the game yet

    They released a new RPH today which does work :)
