CVPI w/ Whelen Edge not spawning

Hello,

I recently installed the CVPI w/ Whelen Edge from the LSPDFR Download library (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8720-cvpi-w-whelen-edge-more/). My problem is that this car is not spawning in the city. What can I do to make it spawning in the city?

Do you know what car you replaced with it?

its bug   can not spawn in game  ....

If you replaced "police3" it will not spawn in game, as LSPDFR doesn't dispatch police 3.

[FSX-Fan2013 4]

I replaced "police2" and it seems that only police1 is spawning in the city.
