2) can i mod any version?

im tryin to get els agin so i gotta figure those out before anythin, tryin to get my car mods back 2. startin fresh with alot less mods

1. Right click on the icon that says GTAIV in your game folder, click on properties, and then go over to details, and look for Game Version under the menu. If you're using EFLC, do the same thing but look for the icon that says EFLC.

2. Well, I would use 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.7.0. for GTA IV and 1.0.2.0 for EFLC. But LCPDFR only supports Patch 1.0.7.0 for GTA IV and Patch 1.0.2.0 for EFLC.

Actually its "1.1.2.0" for EFLC

I never really noticed... sorry.

But there have been many different names for it from many different people. I prefer to call it 1.0.2.0 since it is the second Pach for EFLC, and makes more sense than also having a 1 in it. That's just the way I am, and a bad habit.
