FBI siren being 'modified' by GTA V?

I apologize if this is a re-post. I did a (quick) search, and didn't find anything.

I've installed the same SmartSiren mod that I use for the standard patrol vehicles into the audio slot for the FBI vehicles. But the siren sounds completely different when I drive an FBI vehicle.

Is that the only way to fix this?

I believe that the author simply wanted to move the standard siren tones over to the FBI vehicles, and found that they needed to be slightly longer, which is why they sound distorted. I don't know if the problem about siren tones at different lengths not working has been fixed, but you could try to copy the standard tones and replace the FBI tones unless you want to use the method in that other thread.

The default wail tone is "0x0D329446.wav" and the yelp tone is "SIREN_2.wav." Unfortunately I don't know the names of the FBI audio files.
