GTA V Update Not Installing

For the last few hours iv been trying to download the latest update for GTA V. Once it finishes downloading it goes to install but comes back saying i don't have GTA V installed. Any help on this issue would be great. I have attached a screenshot

Why you using ragehook if you trying to install the new update?

That just happened to be the screen shot. It does the exact same when i just use playgtav. Sorry about that.

Yeah everytime GTA 5 updates it always takes my internet down and then when it reaches the end after like an hour of downloading (already crappy internet) it restarts the whole download over, finally downloaded after like 5 tries and 5 hours lol but not as bad as that 5 GB update when I first got the game, took 20 hours...

It will be because tons of other people downloading it at same time.

Things is it does actually finish downloading. This error message comes up when it goes to install the update

rage plugin hook is not compatible with the latest update.  We have to wait for them to release an update.  See here.
