LSPDFR with RPH 0.22+ won't load

So LSPDFR 0.2b comes with RH v0.20, but some of my mods require v0.22 or higher. And when I installed v0.24 (tried v0.23 as well) LSPDFR does not load, none of the police stations show up.

I reinstalled v0.20 that came with LSPDFR 0.2b, and it works again. I did some research and both v0.23 and v0.24 work with LSPDFR 0.2b? How do you update RH?

 

I'm using  ScriptHookV, TrainerV, SpeedRadar, TrafficControl, Arrest Manager, CalloutV, More Callouts, PoliceRadio, and Traffic Policer

I finally was able to get things working with .24 rage.  I suggest you remove all your plugins, install ragehook and then make sure lspdfr and the game work fine.  Then redownload the latest mods and install them one at a time and test game again each time.  I had the most problems with lspdfr crashing with police radio.  Finally I redownloaded police radio for the third time and installed it again and it is working fine now.

Wait it not LSPDFR that's not loading, RPH doesn't load once in game, I launched it through RPH.exe and did that setup thing. But once in-game it doesn't give me the message in the top left corner like v0.20 did. Is there a step I'm missing?

Oh well, I removed all my mods and did "verify integrity of the game cache". Should I try to install 0.24 first?

Code 3 Callouts was breaking the game for me yesterday. Everything worked fine until I added those files, then LSPD:FR would crash as soon as it loaded. Deleted the plugin, and all of a sudden it worked perfectly fine again. Check on that.

This morning I launched GTAV with RHP v0.24 but none of the stations show up? Then the update came out and broke everything...

 

edit: also I don't have code 3 callouts Deltado27, all I had this time was LSPDFR 0.2b and RHP 0.24

Do you launch LSPDFR via console command? The console didn't come up.

I installed RHP 0.25 and its still the same problem, no pop up message when you load in, console doesn't work. I wonder if the version that comes with LSPDFR 0.3 will work for me.

Ha, I fixed it, .NET framework 4.6 and C++ 2015 weren't installing correctly, I had to fix multiple problems with windows. When RHP checks for required software it didn't even say anything before.

I was finally able to repair NET 4.6 and C++ 2015 without issue.

Nevermind it works i followed the steps you did and ran it as admin and it worked :) thanks
