i would just uninstall gta5 and following programs re download them all and start off fresh . make sure everything is update and working correctly. before you uninstall gta5 check your error logs for any clues as to what may be crashing your game.

you need rage to run lspdfr.

Doesn't matter my lspdfr don't work, framework 4.6 and visual don't want to install i got error 

fresh install may be your only option.

Rockstar put an update out yesterday.  if you updated your game then you will have issues until a new scripthook and/or rage hook come out.
