Zomdeler3 alternitave/lightbar techniques

Featured Replies

Hello everyone. I've been searching for the past couple of days trying to figure out how to add existing police lights to a non-police car in GTA V. Basically just adding grill and back dash lights on an in-game luxury car. I know about editing textures but I only recently started learning about models. So I guess my first question is: is there an alternative to Zmodeler3 such as 3DSMax that would be compatible with putting back into the game and if so, how would I go about importing/exporting these models in the proper format?

My second question is one that I've seen around here a few times but no one seems to know the answer to but I've seen it done over and over again. How would one go about making all the emergency lights on a car flash blue? To my knowledge you can change the texture easily but the flash will still be the original color (red).

Thanks for all the help and I'm sure a lot of other people are wondering about this stuff too.

1. As far as I know no. Zmod3 is the only 3D modeling software to support the GTA V types as was Zmod2 with IV.

2. I dont know all the steps for this and where everything is but, its alot more then replace a texture, you also have to edit the corona colour entry so its flashes blue. Sadly I dont know where those entry are

I hope this gives you some answers
