Why wont my livery appear ingame?

As the title suggests, my livery wont appear ingame for some unknown reason. Why is this?

UPDATE: So I deleted every other livery except my one, which is stainer_sign_4 and changed it to stainer_sign_1 and when the game loaded, the skin was completely black and when I moved my camera it went white. So it changed from pure white to pure black depending if I moved my camera or not.. So obviously something is wrong, but what? All I did was edit the original mapped stainer into my own livery and then imported it in. Whats the problem? :/

I have the same problem with a modded police car. i have modeled it in zm3 and remapped it. but the livery i made is hiding under a black paint, and i cant get it to work. I think its something with carvariaton.meta files but i cant find it?
