Sad news announced this morning of the death of actor Martin Milner one of my all time favourite actors and commonly known character Pete Malloy on the classic TV show Adam-12. The cause of death has not been released to the public as of yet, but it certainly seems he lived quite a long and happy life.

I know he will be missed by many. He was survived by his wife Judith Bess Jones, his daughter Molly, and two sons, Stuart and Andrew.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I liked him aswell, i've only just gotten into Adam-12. You know you're a great actor when you inspire the Chief of Police to become a cop. 

Dammit. R.I.P Martin Milner AKA Pete Malloy, you will be missed by many.

Sad news.  He played that Pete Malloy role very well.  Always made me want to be a cop.  Except for the paperwork at the end of each shift :)

The LAPD gave him and End of Watch broadcast? Now that is something special, Even if he was an actor who played an LAPD officer.. the LAPD clearly treat him like their own.

Same was done for Jack Webb (Sgt. Joe Friday, Dragnet (another great show)). He was given a full police funeral with honours. His 714 badge number was retired by the LAPD after Jack Webb's death. /end actor trivia.
